My mom bought 2 gift certificates for Mother’s Day to give to us. We tried utilizing the gift certificate on ⁵⁄₂₃^rd basically 2 weeks later. The receptionist said the manicurist left, I am a working parent and can’t make it Mon — Fri. Spoke to the owner and asked for a courtesy extension until ⁶⁄₆ conveniently said ⁶⁄₆ was booked but ⁵⁄₃₀ isn’t. Unfortunately, can’t make ⁵⁄₃₀. She was extremely rude, she tried to tell me I was threatening her. All I asked her was for a week extension. They give you 3 weeks to use the gift card but if you walk in they can’t accommodate you or make an appointment on a date you want. This is suppose to be a customer service business. Basically my mother donated money for nothing. I wouldn’t ever show up to this place even if my hands and toes are jacked up and they are the last salon on Earth. Extremely poor customer service, unfair business practices and very rude business owner. Keep in mind my mother is a senior citizen and wasted her money on this company.
