Steckel has her hands in too many pots. I went to her for a suspected infection and was told the results would take 2 – 3 days tops. I called every other day to see if they were in; the 5th, 6th, and 7th days I was told that she was«reviewing the results.» I was also told I’d get a call back as soon as Dr Steckel got the cultures — of course, I never did. All the time, my condition got worse and worse. I’ll never use this doctor again.

I have been going there for years ONLY because it is close to where I live and Dr Steckel is very knowledgeable so thats why they get 2 stars. But the staff is constantly changing and they’re always all over the place and don’t seem very efficient. The worst is that EVERYTIME you call they pick up the phone and Immediately say«please hold» and then leave you on hold until the phone literally disconnects on you. That has happened to me numerous times. When I call back they tell me «Oh yeah, the system disconnects when you’re on hold too long» but then treat you like you’re bothering them by calling back… seriously!?! It’s extremely frustrating dealing with them. They really need to train on their customer service

Absolutely terrible! I went for a routine checkup and was told to arrive early if possible because the doctor would be able to see me early. Upon my early arrival I signed in and then was told to wait, as I waited I watched 5 other patients come in sign in and see the doctor before me. The office staff continued misinforming me that I would be seen next five different times. This caused me to be late to work as I had to wait longer than if I had come in when my appointment was.
