The credit union has over time, turned into a fee hungry institution. They serve themselves not their members. I just had a situation where they refused to cancel a lost card and then charged me a service fee because the card wasn’t used. We tried two times to cancel the card and both times we were told, the joint account user can’t cancel a card. This is the same attitude that’s taken over the company.

Best. Bank. Ever.
That said, the staff is wonderful, from management to the tellers. We are switching all our accounts here as soon as we can. They make banking easy.
The only small down side is that they don’t have very many ATMs, but if you know some no-​fee ATMs, it’s easy. They also refund ATM fees once in a while — I haven’t figures out the criteria yet.
Anyway, great bank, great online and mobile apps. Highly recommended.
