I’ve been looking for an audi RS4 for quiet a while now, when i stumbled upon the most beautiful one i’ve seen. i called Europlus and brian answered, he pointed me in the direction of my sales man david which was terrific. he helped guide me in the right direction with my financing and got me an unbelievable rate. i finally made time to look at the car left a deposit, came back a few days later to pick it upend david made sure i fell in love all over again. the guys here are great down the to jeff the manager. i’d really like to thank david for making this happen for me, definitely recommend him to anyone and i will buy my next car from him as well.

Purchased a vehicle about 3 weeks ago. When my son went to look at it before purchasing, it needed a couple of repairs. Dave the salesperson said they would fix the issues. Decided to purchase the car and Dave said he would have it sent to the shop the day before we are to pick it up so that they can order parts. Went back the next day to purchase car and was told that the parts were ordered and jhe would get a loaner car while it is being fixed. It has been two weeks and Dave will not respond to inquiries about when the car can be dropped off after repeated texts asking if the issues were going to be taken care of. He answered once saying yes. Have not heard from him since. They had no intentions of fixing anything on the car. The business was not even open when we went to make the deal on the car. They do after hour shady business. Stay away from this place.
They took the car in to repair because they did not like my review. Now they have had it for 3 days and Dave once again will not answer a text about when it will be done. Texting all day 3 phone calls and Dave finally got on the phone and said sorry your not special.
And the plot thickens. It’s been over a month and still no plates or registration. After several texts no one will answer. So sorry we found this place.
