I had a great experience renting a car from the Somerset, KY Enterprise. The check in and paperwork were done quickly. The car was clean and ran well with no problems on my trip. Will rent from Enterprise again. s

While there are some good employees at this location Anthony coote is by far the worse. He is disrespectful rude and unprofessional. We had a car reserved for 8am and we didn’t get it till 4 pm and that was after a manager intervened. The 2nd experience there we had a different employee and has 0 problems. It was a good experience. The 3rd time we went we Anthony coote again and after being picked up by one of their employees from our home to their business he canceled our reservation and and had the gentleman take us back home. After talking to management there was no reason our reservation should have canceled being we have rented there 2 previous times. We can only conclude that the employee was carrying over a grudge from our first complaint. So if u rent from from here be warned there is no upper management above him at this time.
