It’s ok. The owner, Krystol, is very nice and has good ideas but is very unprofessional. I went there for about two pole classes during the summer. I was surprised with how sloppy she was with her pole work. For example, she was teaching things without ever pointing her toes — (something that people know to be very important when making pole moves look flawless.) In fact, she never once mentioned pointing toes. She also did a very bad job of warming us up before getting on the pole. The warmup and stretches were practically nonexistent. I didn’t feel any type of stretch. Nor did my muscles feel warm. Luckily, I have experience so I knew to take it easy until my muscles warmed up and I knew I could dive in. However, she is really asking for an injury with her rushed warmups.
She also taught pole choreography that was cute but barely broke it down. I’m a pretty quick learner when it comes to choreography, but she was ridiculous. She literally showed us the the dance twice before asking us to do it with music. She didn’t teach the choreography. She just showed us what came to her mind along the way. On top of that, she could never remember the moves that she choreographed so it kept changing. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
Lastly, while her music choice was good it was laced with profanity. It’s really not a big deal but I really feel uncomfortable with cursing. To make matters worse, she was using songs that blatantly used the N word. I’m a black woman but I really feel like that was highly inappropriate. She needs to make an afford to use the edited versions of songs in her classes.
The owner clearly needs more experience. I wasn’t surprised when I found out that she never took a pole dance class before. She basically self-​taught herself and picked up bits and pieces from the few pole things she picked up when she was a burlesque dancer. What she needs to do is quit teaching pole and just burlesque classes since thats what she experience with it.
In time, I think she has the potential to be great. But right now krystol really needs to work on her professionalism, safety measures when teaching and better instructions.
On the plus side, the studio is very nice. The room is spacious and clean and provides a nice atmosphere. Though I don’t plan on going back, I wish her well.

Excited about this place. If your in the area keep a look out for this place. Especially females I personally know the owner and she is very dedicated to her work and put 100 percent in everything she does. Believe me you won’t be disappointed.
