Their meals at face value are quality and feel healthy. However, I have had two issues over the years of cleanliness of food.
In a more recent instance, I was made to wait 15 minutes when they made an error on the cash register. Service is just «ok». They aren’t aiming for excellence so it is what it is.
I do like the fact Boston market listened to input and brought ham for limited times throughout the year.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Boston Market. My family & I were passing though this area & stop for lunch. I’m very please that we came. The manager Ragaie was extremely courteous with his service. This is rather surprising from a fast food joint. He treated my family & I like it was a regular restaurant checking on us and he helped clean our table.
The food was good too. Unlike my past experience with the Chelsea BM, the chicken was very moist & the sides were equally satisfying.
Ragaie also went out of his way to help my son retrieve his toy which was accidentally tossed on to the roof. Kids being kids with the horseplay. Kudos again to Ragaie for the superior service.

A very positive experience. Great customer service and piping hot food. Very clean store and staff circulates around the store often. I had the ¼ chix and ¼ baby backs with green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy. It was wonderful and I am very pleased.

I don’t know if it’s me but they don’t seem to be as big as they use to. Love baked chicken. I miss the ham they use to have. Price is good and get a full meal. How can you go wrong.

I usually enjoy Boston Market, but I had a terrible experience here. The food tasted like it had been prepared days ago, everything seemed to be discolored. The «chef» didn’t wash his hands or use gloves between handling money and then food. Leaving with a stomach ache. Never coming back.

Pros– Food is really, really good. Friendly service. Clean atmosphere. Cons– the prices are not competitive with others in the area such as Wendy’s or Burger King. A typical meal averages over $ 10, which is a lot more than most places. I understand that the food quality can be thought of better, but it’s still a lot. They should offer coupons.

I went here just yesterday seriously craving some good Boston Market. But instead what I found was old cheese, moldy vegetables and hard turkey. My friend ordered a rotisserie sandwich and the cheese was extremely old. When she saw the «chef» build her sub she also saw an array of dry sandwich meats, cheeses, and toppings. The manager could not even close the lid on my order properly and I came home to find my macaroni and cheese all over the bottom of the bag. In addition to all of this, the cornbread was stale. Please do not go here. It will just be a paramount disappointment.

I only go here if I need last minute meals and they are the only one that is open. Plus its pretty close to my house. The staff are ok. Not the friendliest when I was there. They do have a very good mashed potatos and gravy. Mac n cheese was good too. I only like the wings on their rotisserie chicken so I can’t really comment on how juicy the chicken is. Not really my favorite place to eat but they have good side dishes
when you’re in a rush, like when it’s a thanksgiving.
