For an upscale rental community this complex looks great on the outside, but once you move in the story changes. Overall you will not get your money’s worth and there are plenty of other communities in the area that offer much more bang for your buck. The biggest problem I encountered again and again is their complete lack of real «24 hour maintenance». At best when you call off hours you will get a snippy answering service who will grill you about the problem — call you back when they get in touch with the real maintenance person and tell you why your problem isn’t an emergency. If you email about a problem on the website you will get a response which makes you think someone is «reviewing» the situation — but in reality this is just a standard auto reply. Good luck getting a human being to respond — it took 10 hours for a response the last time I had a problem. The maintenance staff will go through all the rote procedures to fix a problem, but will leave it unresolved if it proves difficult to fix. Really? And get ready to be trapped in your apartment during a snowstorm with snow piled up at your door and behind your car. If you enjoy overflowing dumpsters with trash everywhere — this is the place to be when it snows as they never cover the dumpsters as a precaution. Wow. All that for over $ 2,000 a month! Do yourself a favor and don’t sign the lease. I wish I didn’t.
