I’ve eaten here since I was a little boy. It has had many names, J&J’s, Libby’s, Spec’s. Seems to go downhill a little with each owner. It is a typical greasy spoon. If you don’t expect more, you won’t be disappointed. It isn’t bad for that type of restaurant. Myain problem with the current owners is that the quality is very inconsistent. One time it us great, another time not so much. I think everyone wishes it would get back to the quality it was when it was called J&J’s
