I shop here often. Talbots have always had a classic look. I have many outfits that are over 10 years old. Like any store you need to check the quality! Some items are special just for the outlet. These I avoid. Try on everything because there are no returns! I have been concerned lately as they have been running some unusual sale. Hope they are not going out I would definitely miss them !!

I am almost always the youngest person shopping here. Most of the clientele at this store are so old, they have park benches in the front of the store for their elderly husbands to park themselves. Seriously.
Still, I have found some great bargains here. And more than once I have found something to wear to a last minute work invitation that looks professional and somewhat cute.
Just watch some of the sweater bargains are not worth it — have a sweater or two from here that shed so much lint on everything they will cease to exist pretty soon.
