My family has been shopping here for years. We have bought at least 4 bikes. Two for kids and 2 road bikes. Every experience has been pleasurable and low pressure. The staff is very knowledgable and always helpful. The bike service is also excellent.

This is your reliable local shop that promotes family cycling with sales, repairs, classes and accessories. I have been going to them so long, I mistakenly thought I bought my cycle from them. They tune it at a reasonable cost, and I have come to rely on them. I rely on them so much, I bring my family’s bikes in to them: the parts my family has bought (tubes, brakes) from major bike chains have been substandard and the repairs didn’t last. Why save a dollar or two only to redo the job in 6 months?
I like their helpful and friendly attitude. They have helped me learn about how my bike parts work and I never feel intimidated going for service.

I stopped by this great shop countless times «just to ask more questions» as I pondered the purchase of a new bike. Every single time one of the staff would patiently answer — sometimes the same questions — and allow me to ride. I was never pressured to purchase. There are plenty of other bike shops around where I could have purchased but there was no place better to do so. The staff is amazing — friendly, knowledgeable and fun.
Today I walked out with my new bike. Thanks Brian and all for the great service. You know we’ll be back!

I have been looking for a bicycle and have tried several bike shops. By far the employees at Solon Bicycle were the most helpful and informative. I was encouraged to try several models and there is a large, mostly empty parking lot behind the store in which to do so. My husband bought a bike there a few years ago with the same experience.
