Mermaid’s Mercantile at Out Of The Blue

Another day… another search for something to do. Do I want to look for antiques and vintage goods? Perhaps find an art show. Maybe a trip to the beach? Or, should I be a good girl and go get some organic produce at a farmer’s market? Wouldn’t it be great to combine it all. Yeah, right. Maybe in my dreams.
I guess that dreams can come true!
Welcome to the Mermaid’s Mercantile. This monthly market, held on the last weekend of the month answered all my prayers. Tucked into the garden of «Out Of The Blue», every corner held a delight. Antique linens. Vintage dresses. Handmade art. And, as the cherry on the cupcake… of some of the nicest ladies you could hope to meet.
My pleasure-​meter hit the red zone. I could fulfill my retail therapy quota. Then, I could justify my road trip by sauntering through some additional local galleries… Hey! Even a farmer’s market held down the block on that Sunday afternoon!
If this isn’t Nirvana, it is pretty damn close.
