Great repair of my daughters cracked screen. Six months after repair she noticed the glass was lifting so we took it back in and they said the work was under warranty. Screen repaired right away. Manny did a great job. Great shop and located between my favorite Thai and sandwich shops right here in Solana Beach.

My tablet had water damaged and I had little hope that anyone would be able to fix it. I brought it in to the shop and explained the issue. I was glad they took it in to fix because a week later I get good news saying that they were able to fix it. I was very satisfied with their work. If anything breaks I recommend you taking you gadgets here to get fixed. This saved me $ 300 from buying a new tablet.

They replaced the glass screen on my iphone 6 for a good price of around $ 100 and put on a screen protector afterwards! :-) Just beware that the chargers they give you for iphones are not Apple brand so after a few months your phone might start rejecting the charger like mine did!

Open until 8, very close to my home and great friendly, easy service– the cracked screen! They are in the small business area on PCH /​Via de la Valle– next to Bangkok Bay. We dropped off the phone, had enough time to prepare a Blue Apron meal, eat. Before we got the call to return to pick up the phone before they closed. It comes with a 6 mo warranty but excludes physical or liquid damage… But what other reason would you bring in a screen with warranty other than because it’s physically damaged (fracked)? So the warranty isn’t a practical warranty. But I called around to 4 repair places between La Jolla and Solana Beach and they all quoted me the same price $ 100! So I was happy that this place was nearby and the guys were friendly and provided good service. And the (bad) warranty is not their fault.

Well. this is a sort of good review (despite the stars that says it’s great.) My wife’s new Note 5 went swimming and it can NOT be repaired. I am confident that if it could be repaired they would be able to fix it. The good news is I didn’t have to pay anything for the bad news.

JI Phone Repair in Solana Beach was recommended to me by a coworker. I followed up and found that not only were the prices lower than other repair places I’d contacted, but Manny was super nice, knowledgeable, and repaired my phone while I waited. (About 45 mins)
After having NEVER broken a phone before… ever, I’ve had the embarrassing experience of breaking that phone again… not once, but two or three more times! (Although, I blame my preschooler!) Once again, it was Manny to the rescue, and while a place down the street from me quoted me $ 410 and next day service, Manny found my issue was actually covered under warranty, and it was repaired, for free, this time, in just over an hour. (I was a walk in customer every time.) I live in Rancho Penasquitos, but this phone repair place is completely worth the drive… not just for the price, but for the outstanding customer service.

Alex fixed my iPhone 6 in 30 minutes for $ 100. Very satisfied. Went to plenty of other places at the mall, only to charge me $ 150. All the great reviews brought me here. Also went to AT&T & the employees suggested this was a good place to go. I’ll be coming here anytime my friends or I need a new screen.

I am hesitant to find a iphone repair location. For some reason my instincts told me to come here vs the hundreds of places across SD. Came to get my iPhone 6+ screen replaced back in October. That thing was fixed in 20 min. Flawless repair. I love looking at their cases for sale while the service is being done, it makes the time go faster.
Come December, my screen glass lost its adhesive and started to gently peel off the body. Luckily JI offer a 6 month warranty on their screens. Went in today with my original order form (receipt) and he said it would take 40 min to replace. It took 20 min and I was out the door with a new screen.
Would highly recommend. Thanks boys!
BTW, if youre hungry, eat at the Thai Restaurant next door to kill time. Very delicious.

My daughter dropped my iPhone and shattered the screen ugh! At first I just dealt with a cracked screen but after a month it got annoying to look at. Called like 5 places and for quotes ranging from $ 120-​$ 150…sigh that’s like a nice pair of jeans :/​George gave me the best price $ 95 so I decided to come here! It took about 20 min or less and I walked away with a brand new looking Iphone! Happy customer and hopefully I won’t need to return ever again ;)
PS plenty of parking and shops and a great Thai place near by to keep you occupied while you are waiting.
