Curtis and Krystal are wonderful people and very knowledgeable about what they do. Often times I think of trainers as an overly muscled, protein shake drinking cheerleaders but this is not the case here. Curtis is constantly studying and traveling to stay informed on the best techniques from a fitness, nutritional, and supplement standpoint and can tailor a plan or program to whatever your specific needs are. I highly encourage you to look into Jackson Strength before you go forking your money over to your 24 hour fitness trainer who will likely provide a quarter of the knowledge and a quarter of the results!
