I canceled my initial appointment with them and they sent me a bill. I tried to discuss the matter with them but no one would return my calls. They offered a reduced amount via email for me to pay and again I tried to call someone and never got a return call or email. Then got a letter from a collection agency. At the very least it would have been nice to be able to discuss options with a member of their staff. Is this how they make their money?
