Dickson Benjamin M DDS

Made the switch to Dr. Dickson after having issues with another local dentist. I’m so glad I found him. Really nice guy and kind staff, hygienists, etc. He never tries to up sell on services or convince me to get treatments I don’t need.

Out of the 4 or 5 dentists that I have had, Dickson is by far the best! He seems like a really good guy in general. The appointments are made spread out enough that I usually have no wait and if I do, it is less than 5 minutes. The dental hygienist and receptionist are both very sweet and helpful. Dickson is friendly and makes sure you are at ease. He says exactly what he is doing as he is doing it so there are no surprises. He’s pretty OCD about your teeth — but I love that! Great dentist if you are looking for a new one.

Dr. Dickson makes it fun to go to the dentist, even my kids like to go see him! His staff is friendly, professional, and overall wonderful. Dr. Dickson always provides options and is very knowedgable and explains things in a way that is understandable. I highly recommend Dr. Ben.

The location of Doctor Dickson’s office is just minutes off of Fletcher Cove in a complex that shares a courtyard with a few other health practices. The courtyard itself is a great place to hang out if you weren’t coming in for some dental work. Anywho, onto the most important details.
Dr. Dickson provides the typical services that you’d expect from a dentist including Invisalign and Zoom whitening. Every one that you’ll deal with here is very pleasant and good at what they do. If you happen to come in for a cleaning and get a hygienist named Linda, you’ll be in great hands… literally. She has the steadiest, most efficient and delicate hands that have cleaned my teeth. When my visits have necessitated more than a cleaning, Doctor Dickson has always given me an honest assessment of what I need done, how long the procedure takes and performs it without causing me any pain. This is always great if you’re on a tight schedule. When rescheduling appointments here, don’t expect a new appointment during the same week or month even, because they’re booked pretty tight. The only issue that I have with this place is that they haven’t been on the preferred list of providers of any dental coverages that I’ve had since I started coming here. I feel the money that I end up paying out of pocket is worth it because until now, I haven’t been happy with any of my dentists since I left my first one (so not worthy of a star knock). Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Dickson.
