I bought a gift certificate for my friend and I and have been trying to set up an appointment but every-time I have gone to my scheduled appointment Alexsis has not been there. And now the phone has been disconnected and then yesterday when I went to see if I could get anyone at the salon, it was empty. As in all the furniture and equipment was gone. So that is $ 200 stolen from this crook. I wish I knew how to get my money back or whether or not this is eligible for a police complaint. Alexsis you are a thief!

THISBUSINESSIS A SCAM! I wish I could give this place zero stars, but alas that is not an option. A friend gave me a gift certificate for a 60 minute prenatal massage and facial as a birthday gift, and I was so excited to make an appointment. Over a period of a week I called about five times during normal business hours and left three messages requesting that someone call me back to schedule an appointment. Eventually, my friend also called and left a voicemail demanding a call back. Not one of our calls were ever returned. I’d also like to mention that when my friend purchased the gift certificate in the spa, the owner’s credit card machine was«conveniently» out of order, and she asked my friend to write a personal check instead. Of course this means that there is nothing her bank can do, my friend is out the money she spent, and I will not be receiving any services. It’s extremely disappointing that there are people and businesses out there, especially in a lovely place like Snoqualmie, who are out to scam people and take their money. I highly encourage you to read the reviews that are not currently recommended before you do business with the Si Spa. BUYERBEWARE.

I would love to write a review of the services offered at the Si Spa but unfortunately, I never was able to schedule an appointment to redeem the Groupon I bought for a 50 minute massage. I left several messages and the few times the owner did bother to return them it was late at night(after 9 pm) and her phone line was so scratchy and cutting out that I couldn’t understand what she was saying. She suggested I text her, which I did, she never responded. So, I called and left more messages and more texts. She never got back to me and I was never able to redeem my Groupon and have the relaxing experience I had hoped for. Luckily, Groupon refunded my purchase price in the form of Groupon Bucks. I would not recommend this business and I would not recommend buying Groupons for businesses that are not«tried and true» for you.
