I had newborn photos taken here of my twins with a Groupon that I purchased back in 2011. Just have never thought of writing a review until now but… I called her so many times to get my photos and when she finally did get back to me I was given a long drawn explanation of a family emergency that came up and took a long time to deal with. I can understand that to an extent. On the other hand, you are running a business so at least putting your email on auto reply would be courteous for your clients. She was also late to our photo shoot and did not have the room ready for us. After many attempts to reach her over several months time, I gave up. The real kicker though is that I have since lost one of my twin boys and still do not have their newborn pictures. I have left her communications pretty much begging her to get back to me and even explained that my child died… NO response. The only thing I am left to assume is that she some how lost our photos and doesn’t have the courage to say so. Pictures that are obviously irreplaceable! and once in a lifetime! NEVER GO HERE AND probably not a good plan to do your newborn photos with a Groupon photographer you have never met. Lesson learned!
