This is the best restaurant meal I’ve had in *years*, and I don’t say that lightly. The only place I’ve been in recent memory with food quality this good is Max’s in Issaquah. It was our first time trying Glass & Bottle, but it definitely won’t be our last. We started with the baked brie appetizer. For dinner, I had the short ribs, and my wife had the pork belly. Both of us were blown away by how delicious the food was, and I thought the price was very reasonable for the quality provided. The chef came out toward the end of the meal to see how we liked it, and we let him know how pleased we were. The food was fresh-made, and as it isn’t speedy bar food, plan on it taking a bit of time to be delivered to your table. It will definitely be worth the wait. Two entrees, an appetizer, two glasses of wine, and a 22oz beer came to a shade under $ 80 plus tip. Hours later, I’m still blown away by how much love and care went into the food. I can’t wait to come back.

Our go-to place on the Ridge! The owners are amazing at investing in our community by always asking for input, the personal service is the best in the area, Alicia always remembers our favorite bottle of wine and appetizer(Ahi Tuna Poke), and the new chef has really spiced up the menu– and the food is 5 stars too! Date night, girls night, or just a quick escape

Tried this place out as it was really close to my parents house on the ridge & didn’t have to fight traffic. Small & intimate but could use a little more to décor. Loved their Brie en croute as I was really craving it that week. Enjoyed my wine. Big selection of wine & great sounding cocktail list but didn’t get to explore too much at our single visit. Another place to try again, it’s worth it.

This is an excellent place to grab a quality adult beverage and snack. Their wine and liquor selection is fabulous, their beer selection could be a little more robust but all-in-all not bad. The food is always delicious, it’s meant for sharing and snacking thus making this a great pre/post meal hangout spot.

We like the Glass & Bottle Bistro because it’s one of the only places to grab dinner after 9PM in Snoqualmie Ridge. The food is very tasty though a bit pricey(we had the Margherita Flatbread and Gyro), and the service was friendly.

We’re a party of six on a Saturday night. They’re out of multiple liquors for our chosen cocktails, different sauces for appetizers and get this, NOHAMBURGER for their famous burgers. Only one server in the restaurant, the bartender. That said, what we were finally served was GOOD and the service was genuine and fun. Might give them another chance.

What a lovely restaurant — the only slight challenge to a full 5 stars is you can often have to wait a little while for your food. To me this is not a bad thing because they have some great wine selections! This location has transitioned owners a few times and I feel like this newest owner really understands the neighborhood. Tuesday night is half priced wine night and if you call ahead with your group they will reserve a whole section for you. What a nice way to spend a Moms night out or a Book Club evening, or better yet to hash out the details of a business deal. Definitely give it a try — come with a little patience — and if you don’t like something, speak up. This business is super open to feedback and revision. If you don’t like what you get — tell them.

Such amazing food here. Some people seem to complain about the slow service, but I think that everything is prepared with such great care that it’s worth any wait. We have been there a few times and it’s our new go to place on the Ridge. Most restaurants up here are family friendly which is great, but sometimes you just want a night out with adults. Some people may think it’s a bit on the expensive side but the food is so worth it. Love it here!

Super friendly! Super wine! Super food! Really, this place is so good. The food is just what I expect from a bistro, and it’s a 15 minute drive from my house. What more could I ask for? Oh, and they’re also open later than most places out here… big plus!

I love this place! They have a great happy hour and I love how the bartender(Alicia) remembers my favorite wine. The updated menu has some really great new dishes and I also like all the gluten free options. You must try the fish tacos!!! They are by far the best on the ridge… I usually don’t finish my meal but these little treasures were gobbled up in no time! They have a really nice southwest flair to them but still fresh, spicy and have a kick! This bistro is a great place to meet a girlfriend, a client, have a date night or gather for a group meeting…(us moms like to hold our girl scout troop meetings here a few times per year– sans kids early in the week. Even if you feel like a quiet wind down to your day, it is always welcoming and hits the spot. They also feature some live entertainment about once a month with a local popular artist that perfectly compliments the atmosphere.

A few coworkers and I went for happy hour — service was awesome; friendly bartender and the appetizers were delicious! We got the tuna poke, spinach artichoke dip(came with more than enough pita), and the lamb meatballs… Nice clean atmosphere with lots of tables, outside seating, and a bar area. I highly recommend the Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade and the Smashed Raspberry Lemonade, both were fresh and yummy! Will need to come back and try the other dishes and drinks, everything we ordered was promptly served to us and we all agreed that it was a great establishment!

My husband and I tried this place last night and we loved it! They had nice wines and a great atmosphere. The bartender was extremely friendly and let me taste a few wines until I found one I loved. We had the naked Brie and it was very good. I loved that the chef came out and made sure we loved it and asked for feedback. They truly care about making customers happy. I love to support places like this!

We heard about this place and had been wanting wanting to check it out so when our dear friend got that long awaited job promotion Wednesday we decided to come here to celebrate. The bartender was sweet, attentive, and made a good martini. When given our menus we were shocked at the minuscule wine selection and even more the lack of Washington state wines. We(a party of 4) reluctantly picked a red blend the bartender said was new, it was«ok». We would have liked to see a better selection. We ordered appetizers(baked bree and spinich artichoke dip) and although the overall flavor was desirable, the portions were TINY! The dip came with 5 small triangles of pita bread(not enough to eat even ½ the dip) and the bree with 4 even tinier pieces of bread, again not enough to eat even half the cheese. We asked for more bread and they accommodated us but were ticked to see on our bill at the end of our visit that they charged us for the extra bread? Ridiculous! We discussed leaving and getting dinner somewhere else but against better judgement we decided to try dinner. Again, the overall flavor of our food was not bad the the portions were insanely s-m-a-l-l !!! I ordered the seafood«pasta» which had more seafood in it than pasta, not that its a bad thing BUT it would have been nice to have some«pasta» in my seafood pasta! I kid you not when I say 5 small swirls with my fork was all it took to clean my plate! My friend ordered the new york steak which was the smallest cut of steak I have even seen served in a restaurant! He ordered it medium rare but he got it beyond well done! So overly cooked it was the color of a pork chop! He of course sent it back and the chef said he’d make another«no charge» and we were like«no kidding no charge»! While waiting for what seemed forever he was brought another steak and wouldn’t you believe it, it was more cooked than the 1st one! Our friend who got the promotion ordered the chicken gnocchi. She too was sadly disappointed in her serving size getting 5 actual gnocchis and round peas as a «filler», she said ot was«gross»! My husband ordered the tuna which was supposed to come seared and rare came chewy and cooked thru(discusting) with a few bites of salad and again, a very small portion! We had enough… we pushed our plates, asked for our check and were thown back to see no compinsation and being charged $ 175.20! The bartender kept apologizing, saying she felt bad the chef dissappointed us so, but we told her it was not her fault, thanked her for the good service and martini, paid our bill abd left! We were all still hungry!!! We will NEVER return and have shared(and will continue to share) our dissatisfaction with this place! Over priced, small portions, poor wine selection, and slow & incompetent chef! Don’t bother!

Great food at reasonable prices. Food service can be slow due to the small staff. The frequent specials add variety.

New owners that took over CORKED. Excellent appetizers and nice staff. I agree with other reviewers that service is extremely slooooooow if you order dinner. Ingredients appear to be of good quality. The Bolagnese pasta was good, the other pasta that was somewhat like Alfredo was dry and gummy. Its kinda spendy for a wine bar and I likely could have had a better dinner sit down dining experience for the price at Brunellos or Gianfranco but considering the price for rent in SNORIDGE, I get it. I’ll return and hope for better service next time.

I’m guessing that you haven’t been here yet, it’s new. But I’m telling you that you should, it’s great! We are always in search of a good place to get a glass(or two… three?) and some good food that will be a step above your typical bar food. We just happened to stop in here this weekend(I’ll admit it, b/c I liked the name and sign) and we were very impressed! When we get a babysitter(aka angels on Earth!) we like to go to «grown up» places. A place where they don’t have a birthday song routine or spongebob playing on the tvs. This place is intimate and grown up but very welcoming. The glasses were quickly poured and the food was incredible! Their menu is broad enough to meet most peoples dietary needs(great gluten free and fish options) but still small enough that you can tell it is full of dishes that their chef has perfected. The Caprese salad was perfect,(very fresh with good cheese and not overly oily) and my piccata was much better than your typical piccata! We also had the peanut shrimp and I don’t like shrimp, but I liked these shrimp! In the end, what we are looking for is a good place to get away, have a glass of wine and eat some food. Glass and Bottle is more than just a great new sign on the ridge, it’s our new place to go! I’m glad we got our seat at their bar before everyone else finds them out. That being said, you should probably go find them out!

Second visit: s– l-o-w service. Waited over an hour for dinner. People who arrived after us were served before we were-and served the same dish! They seem to have problems when they have a full house. Disappointed this second visit.

Very good, but limited wine menu. On the particular night we visited the kitchen service was very slow, however other patrons who are regulars stated that this was not typical for the bistro. Maybe we will be back?
