Seattle Hill Physical Therapy

So after 8 months of feeling great. I come back for some pregnancy PT. I was excited to return only to be treated like I didn’t exist.
Unfortunately Rick and his therapist are so into anyone other than the person the are working on. I found my 2^nd around I wasn’t a priority! He could be working on me and holding a conversation with other therapist about cooking or what ever. I found it very rude! He didn’t really watch me trying to learn my exercises. So unprofessional! I would ask a question and he wouldn’t hear it because he was so busy chatting with the PT aid. Funny thing is he’s less than 3 feet away from my face. And you can’t hear me?
I will never come back here. I’m sad. I have no idea what happened. Being a personal trainer for over decade I would never treat a client like this. When a client is paying more than a $ 1 a minute for your time, you treat them like they matter!

I cannot tell you how wonderful an experience I had here. The night before a plane trip, I was up every 2 hours with horrible lower back pain. I couldn’t get in to see my regular doctor and called SHPT in desperation. I spoke to Melissa — who could not have been more concerned and wonderful to work with. SOMEHOW — they got me in at 7:10 the next morning (5 hours pre-​flight) — and thanks to Rick — I went from being 8 on the pain scale to a 4 — with some very helpful information, stretching ideas and hope that my pain will continue to ease.
Honestly — I can’t say enough positive things about Seattle Hill PT. They were accommodating, very friendly, good at what they do, informative and very reasonable as far as cost. I went in feeling almost hopeless and left feeling positive. Just a great experience!!!

«sports & spine» it’s what drew me to this business after googling to find a place for PT after having back surgery. It was a «God find» is what I like to say. Rick and his team are exceptional. I always felt safe and in good hands. Everything was explained in layman terms for my understanding. I was given written instructions and diagrams to help contiue my therapy at home. Rick runs his business with such integrity and care. His team is knowledgeable, friendly and everyone of them contribute to not only making my therapy goal but running this business with such pride and care. I highly recommend them for anyone needing PT. After Sugery and then having the needed PT to strengthen me, I feel like I have my life back! Biking, swimming, walking hiking… all the things I enjoy I am back to doing again… thanks Rick and all your team!
