Not sure what I was thinking eating here today. Chicken tasted like it sat under a heat lamp all day. Barely any gravy came with the mashed potatoes and the one thing I was looking forward to, the biscuit, was left out of my meal. Didn’t realize until I got home. Learned my lesson, will never eat here again.

Got to say… wasn’t that bad! The chicken breasts were moist and had good flavor. The wings were a little dry. The manager didn’t give us soggy potato wedges as a side… he asked if we minded waiting a few minutes for fresh ones. Absolutely! The customer service was great! They were nice and followed up with us as we ate. My youngest son was craving some fried chicken… so we stopped… and consequently had a good meal.

Love KFC but hate this location. Food always looks thrown together. Today I ordered a famous bowl and it has like three pieces of chicken in it and ¾ was gravy. I can barely understand anyone who works there, they talk very fast with a heavy spanish accent. But what motivated me to write this review today was while I was waiting in the drive through today I saw an elderly handicap man walk out the door and they pointed, laughed, and joked in spanish as he left! Absolutely no respect and they obviously dont care about the quality of the food.

I have ordered KFC a few times since June, I typically get the mashed potato bowl, it has consistently had two small bites of chicken and the rest of the pieces are just clumps of breading, I mentioned it to them this time and they assured me they would check it. Once again… No meat but clumps of chicken breading. Disappointed

The food is standard KFC, which my hubby thinks is part of the main food groups! However, service is poor. We like extra crispy, I don’t care what time of the evening we arrive, 99% of the time they are out of extra crispy and it takes 20 minutes for them to make it. They also don’t seem to like the fact that we want them to make more. We used to just settle, but it happens so often now, so I just wait or call ahead. The staff is made up of mainly teenagers who don’t seem to take pride in the quality of their customer service.

A little awkward to get in and out of this KFC, but they’re friendly and their drive-​thru is usually pretty fast. Overall, I like it.
