Friendlynails

The first time I had a full set of gel nails done. Two literally popped off in one week. I attempted to give this salon another try. I walked in on a week night, for a fill and to replace the two lost nails. (I thought). I was told they were too busy. They did not look that busy.
I went to another salon. They took me in immediately. They took one look at my nails. They stated that the full set should be replaced. But they would fill and replace the two missing nails if that was what I wanted. A bunch of my other nails had started lifting. I decided to get the full set replaced. I had no issues.
I will not be back to Friendly Nails.

Went in today for a pedicure, it was way too beautiful of a day for it to be busy. Fortunately for me, having an opposite work week can be a plus.
I enjoyed this place a lot. It was clean, current magazines available & plenty of name brand fresh polish options.
I paid $ 25, not with tip. For an amazing scrub, massage, hot stones, warm towels & great toe nails.
I was so impressed with my massage, my feet feel amazing. This place is my new spot.

The 2^nd time I was in this salon, I was the only person there. I was trying to pick out a nail color which sometimes takes me awhile. I was doing a powder on nails and polish on toes. I like colors to match. I was rushed into pedi chair and I said I still neeeed time and was told this was fine. Once I picked nail color I asked the nail lady (owner) if she would get a coordinating color. She was irritated I sent her back for a color that might match better. She seemed grumpy as she did my nails. The pedi worker was great. I have bad knees that don’t bend so I always explain why I need the chair back. I was trying to accommodate and move the chair closer to help with the polishing and the gel lady that insisted on doing both st the same time grabbed the eemote from me and moved the chair insisting «I bend more». Ummm no I don’t. They exchanged non English words. I left there not feeling pampered. 2 days after my nail gel coat bubbled and 5 days later peeled. I will NOT be going back. The first time I also mentioned I left a good Unilocal comment. You would think they would treat customers better, especially ones that lesve good Unilocal reports. I will continue to look for a good nail place which is harder than one would think!
