I went in there for flu like symptoms the doctor that saw me didn’t do anything for me I told him I have a history of pneumonia my cough was so bad so this doctor trann gave me cough medicine when I said are you sure he said your fever is 99 its just a cold again I said I have had alot of colds in my life this is not a cold he said it’s a head cold and walk out as I coughing so hard. That night my fever went up to 102 I went to my clinic in lake Stevens I told him about my experience with the walk in he said you are very sick I am putting you on tam-i-flu and he took x-rays and he treated me for the flu and pneumonia. In conclusion I think the walk in sucks I would give them 0 stars!!!

Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend– fell at work hard and think I broke a rib… went in when I got home after looking on the web to see a wait time of 30 minutes for walk ins and was there in less than 10 minutes– 5:40pm. Supposedly open until 8:00. Upon trying to check in, a doctor I assume came out and angrily told the nice girl helping us that any further check ins would not be seen for over 2 ½ hours as they were so horribly swamped in back– Angry face and ignored us entirely. She then stormed back behind some glass and I loudly said that in that case she should update the website.(and her patient relations skills.) Only then did she return and sheepishly psuedo-apologize for the delay. All I could think was that if they were so swamped, she should be attending to her patients– not controlling the triage at the front. The parking lot was nearly empty. Lots of patients must have truly walked in. Never going back. Too many other options.

Don’t bring your babies here! Dr. Westbrook was the dr we saw to get established after moving from Denver. She was polite but dressed totally inappropriately her dress was so short that my husband said if she had leaned over any farther he would have gotten a show. She didn’t review medical history at all after handing her our records. We asked her about a few things and her response was that she didn’t have an opinion about them. what??? You can’t tell me anything… Where to seek an answer, thoughts, medical findings? She just didn’t care! Will not be going back EVER!

If your hours say you are open till 3pm on Sunday, don’t lock your doors at 2:45pm! Your establishment treats the ill, doesn’t seem like you are motivated to keep your doors open to do so.

I brought my Daughter here as a new patient and I was NOT impressed. As a new patient there was no medical history taken and the medical assistant wasn’t going to do vital signs on her even though she had been sick until I insisted. I was also unimpressed with the«pediatric» room because it was the furthest thing from child proof that I’ve seen. None of the drawers or cabinets had safety locks, outlet covers didn’t have protectors in place and they had a chalk board installed with very small pieces of chalk that posed a choking hazard. I also had to wait in the room more than 30 minutes with two small kids. I also don’t like that urgent care is essentially in the same waiting room as pediatrics. I will definitely be looking for a different office.

I made an appointment and was told no Medicare even though I pay an extra $ 250.00 a month for a supplement that covers me 100 per cent. We just purchased a second home here in Snohomish and I am sad to say, I’m sorry we came here. How embarrassing to stand there, with everyone listening and staring and be told they don’t take older people. Wow– I never thought I would hear this…

Wow! The walk-in moves you along like cattle. I was the only patient there but wasn’t given more than a few moments with the doctor and when she made her decision anything I had to say was just ignored while they pushed me along, all the while being told my tonsillitis was the cold. Yet I had no cold symptoms. Went and got a second opinion at a private practice where I had a nice conversation with the doctor and he listened and gave me medication that is helping.
