Incredibly rude with zero customer service. The kid behind the counter mumbled so badly I have no idea what he was saying. I paid to have my photos etc. backed up before they reconfigured, EVERYTHING was lost and I still got charged. The owner is extremly defensive and rude. Call Byte Slaves in Bothell instead.
