Love them! Have used them for 15 years, with the exception of 2 when I was in an area they don’t cover. Jen and Dwayne are always on top of it, squeeze you in even when their schedule is packed, are super responsive and always friendly. As long as they are in business I will never use another company.

I’m fairly certain this is a shell company, and the other reviews on here are fake. I have tried multiple times to get a hold of them for 2 different properties I own, and have received no return phone call or email.

We had the priviledge of having Direct Carpet Cleaning clean the carpet in our home in Granite Falls. Their technitian and the owner came in to clean the carpet and ended up cleaning a few pet stains that previous carpet cleaners were unable to remove. They also restretched the wrinkled carpet in our family room as well as clean it making it look practically new. The professionalism and thuroughness of both the owner and technician made us very comfortable. I would definitely use Direct Carpet Cleaners again.
