My spouse and I went in today to get information about a new mattress. Mark made the whole process so easy, we never even looked at a competitor. He answered our questions, gave us excellent information, explained everything we needed to know about mattresses and left us to try them out. We were there several hours and never felt pressured to buy. The double sided mattress, warranty, comfort, sales help given –we bought our mattress knowing we found what we wanted at a good price.
If only more sales reps were like Mark other shopping experiences would be much easier.
