Had lunch here with my daughter about a week ago and the food was delicious. Honestly, I tend to stick with mainly cooked rolls, so when I ordered a roll that had raw tuna and salmon, I was a slightly concerned. But, it was the most delicious of all! I’d go back specifically for the tuna. Not fishy tasting or smelling at all. It was buttery and light. Omg. Never had anything quite like it. We will be going back soon.

I like this place. I’ve just moved to the area and have been looking for good sushi. Still exploring my options. Good service here. The rolls are a bit dry. They could use a bit more sauce. I’ve only been here twice. I will continue to go but I will just need to ask for a different roll or ask for sauce lol. I have tried the spicy salmon crunch(very good) Snellville roll and the scenic.

I’ve been in Georgia for almost 5 years and this is my favorite sushi spot! So happy the search is over! LOL The Stone Mountain roll is my favorite + house sake :) They do close from 2:30pm to 5pm daily FYI. The staff are friendly and quick :)

We came in when they first opened and we were promptly seated in a booth. The prices were pretty fair. We didn’t want the California rolls that usually came in the lunch boxes so we just settled on getting 3 different sushi rolls and the pork gyoza. The pork gyoza was fresh and delicious and not soggy and full of air like the previous Japanese restaurant we dined at a few weeks back. When going for sushi, we usually order the same 3 rolls so we stuck with the regular plus one that was their monthly special that sounded delicious. Everything was super fresh tasting, including the raw sushi and tuna that was on two of our rolls. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful experience. My dad and I met here for dinner on a Saturday night and were seated at the sushi bar with no wait. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions with a smile. The sushi was some of the best that I’ve had in a while and was worth every penny. Definitely check this place out if you’re close by!

This is by far the best sushi we have had in Georgia. My wife and I are from Australia where we are used to exceptional sushi and sashimi and this was just as good if not better than what we would have at home. The service was very attentive and the menu is extensive. The tempura stuffed jalapenos were lovely as was the spicy crunchy salmon roll.

One of my favorite sushi places in the area, but unfortunately the last two times I have tried to go, they have been closed even though according to their posted hours they were open. Be wary if you are trying to go anytime before five!

Let me just tell y’all something right now… this place has great sushi hands down! Pack your appetite, your momma, your sister and cousins, whatever you have to do and get here! The sushi is really authentic, and they have great lunch specials. Prices are fair as well.

There are so many good things to say about this place. I’m not even sure where to start. My brother and I came in and sat down, Samantha was our server. She is the sweetest lady, and a very good server. We ordered the scorpion, snellville, and something else. They we’re amazing. Now I see why this place has such good reviews. Awesome experience!

Having been to the Sushi Avenue in Decatur, I expected a little more. Literally. My daughter and I had lunch Bento boxes and the portions were tiny. We each had 3 Edamame on our plate, a sliver of orange, 4 gyoza, and a [smaller than] child-sized portion of Teryaki chicken. A bowl of Miso and an iceberg lettuce salad come with the Bento lunch special. We also had a California roll, 6 pieces, which was a decent portion. The food was delicious, except for slightly over-salty Teryaki. Aside from that, the dining room smells like fried food. I didn’t have anything fried, but I went back to work smelling like it. We may try again since the food was good, but during dinner when the portions should be larger. I won’t be having lunch there again, unless it’s just sushi and I don’t mind smelling like fried food for the afternoon.

I usually like this place but my only problem is going there late like right before they close. Not a good idea at all. We were RUSHED! They were interested in the sale but not their usual quality so I was quite disappointed. I was tired and just wanted good food and to be served. My Sushi was made with huge chunks of fish(too much in rush to slice it thin I guess) which made it really meaty which I actually liked but it was so huge I couldn’t fit it in my mouth(& trust me I got a big mouth y’all). So I had to ask for a fork to cut it up into pieces. It was also quite dry so I asked for a sauce, I was given a choice between Spicy Mayo and Eel sauce and I chose the Eel which made it a bit better. My husband’s plate looked quite delicious. It was the Chicken Teriyaki but the rice portion is kid size. I know Japanese portions are quite small so he just asked for more rice and all was well. Until we asked for the check and there was an up charge of $ 1.50 for a cup of rice!!! We were both shocked. First of all rice is cheap and I have never been charged for extra steamed rice. Fried rice, I kinda get but steamed?!! I asked our server and she was quite polite when she said yes it is accurate. Then she asked if it was ok? I said at this point it is. I didn’t see the need in getting upset or pointing out that she should have mentioned the charge when my husband asked for the rice. So my advice go early and when the tiny rice is brought out refuse it if they won’t give you anymore.

This place is AMAZE-BALLS! Never thought I would find this level of Sushi visiting my sister in Loganville. I couldn’t believe it, its as though the place was picked out of New York or California and plopped in the south. Everything is fresh the sushi is tasty, the fish tastes as though is was just caught. I will go here every time I’m in town and there is a fabulous wine shop a few doors down.

White roll was our favorite! Chopped yellowtail, white tuna, avocado, and spicy mayo.

Very unpleasant experience. Service was bad and food was not good. We complained and then the language barrier amazingly made an appearance.

Was in the Snellville area and had a taste for some sushi, stopped by sushi Avenue for a quick lunch. Ordered the salmon/sushi bento box. The food came out fairly quickly the soup and salad was just ok. I would say the salad was on the not so good as no sign of green lettuce… overall I give this place a 3.5 sushi was ok and the salmon was tasty. It doesn’t beat the location in Decatur sorry guys. Gave four stars as there is no option for 3.5…

I was craving for sushi and looked up where to have good sushi near my home. This place came up. It’s located on Scenic Hwy right across the street from Old Navy/Ulta/Belk plaza. There’s enough parking. Inside is clean, inviting and nice. Its quiet. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night. I was seated promptly and given menu. They offer noodle soup, sushi, rice dishes, etc. I ordered spicy crunchy salmon roll(8 pieces) about $ 7 and house salad with ginger dressing $ 2.50. Reasonable prices. I waited less than 10 minutes for sushi. My salad came right away so I ate that while waiting for sushi. The food was presented nicely and was absolutely delicious. The sushi was on point– the salmon was great quality. I enjoyed my meal. The waitress was very kind and courteous. I will definitely return to try other things!

Oh my freaking goodness!!! This place is AMAZING!!! Get the Stone Mountain roll — it’s a stone mountain tower!!! Sorry to ruin it for you because it was a great surprise for us in its vertical presentation but then the taste… W.O.W!!! Ask for Samantha — she is a serving angel! Love this place … After 9months in the Atlanta area as sushi lovers we have officially declared this«our place»!

I would have given them another star if they didn’t use overcooked chicken breast in my nabeyaki udon soup. My friend and I had to pick them out piece by piece because it was so overcooked, like chewing on card board… The soup itself was fine. The service was ok and the price isn’t bad. Cute little place in Snellville

I was initially going to give this place 5 stars from my first visit, however, customer service was a bit shady today for my second order. When ordering 3 types of different sushi I requested that the seaweed side be turned inside out to where rice is on the outside. This is mainly because not everyone likes the seaweed smell or taste shining through. I paid around like 13 – 14 $ for 3 orders of sushi and then I leave to pick up food for the rest of my family elsewhere and I come back and a different waitress asks me to pay a $ 2.12 difference because the initial waitress was new and forgot to charge me 1 $ each order that the sushi had to be turned inside out. Honestly…wth?! Are you kidding me?! You can politely tell me you did me a favor and inform me next time I will be charged for having my sushi rolled from a different angle before it’s made LAWLZZ. I’ve made sushi at home before and yeah… it isn’t a big deal to roll it a different style Sushi is good here and tastes fresh. I had the asparagus tempura and 2 avocado/cucumber rolls. Some of them come in sets of 6 or 8. All in all, you’ll have a better experience as long as you don’t make any«special requests»

Somehow whenever I tried to go to this place, it was between lunch and dinner. My co-worker’s birthday was a perfect opportunity to have lunch here though and I was finally able to try it. I have been to a Sushi Avenue in Decatur also and I am not sure if both of them are connected, but both look so different. All the servers here were really sweet. I am trying a vegetarian diet, so I ordered their vegetarian tempura and avocado-cucumber roll. Both were fresh and great! I like their spicy mayo also. The tempura is perfect for the autumn. It has, what tastes like pumpkin or squash with a nice crunch. The avocado and cucumber was creamy but light. The prices were really good too. Both of my rolls were less than $ 5! With sushi options being limited, this is one of the better sushi places that aren’t too expensive in Snellville.

Sushi at this restaurant was decent; most California rolls taste about the same(standard roll served with their lunch box special). I opted for the Lunchbox special after seeing the customer across from me. Very cute concept of an 8-piece sushi meal, paired with any selection of Tempura options. I had the shrimp which was coupled with tempura sweet potato and I believe the other piece was carrots. Not the best tasting but the crunchiness of the tempura was worth it. Very good deal for $ 8.95 in which you receive a bowl of miso soup and ginger salad. The customer service was good. Very friendly staff. Their restaurant rating is a 90 for anyone who may be a restaurant score-scout like me
