Purofirst of Gwinnett

I «hired» Purofirst in July to repair some water damage in my home. It is now December and the work is still not completed. They charged me for work they stated had been completed. It had NOT been completed. And I had to have them come back out to complete. I received an invoice that was wrong. Bradley Huber stated not to worry about it that they would send out a corrected one. I then started to receive past due notices. Again, I was assured that there was nothing to worry about. Then I received FINAL Notices. I finally got a corrected invoice and paid immediately. After further misinformation and confusion with Bradley I was able to get in touch with Chris (owner?). He seemed concerned and seemed genuine that he wanted to help. I THOUGHT things were heading in the right direction. I asked Bradley what the next steps were and he said if I paid up then we were square and the other contractor would complete the work. WHAT??? What other contractor? They now seem to be refusing to complete the work I hired them for…

Did a fantastic job working on our house, fixed the hole in our garage that our new teenage driver made. You can’t tell that there was a hole here! They were polite, thorough and very professional. I would definitely recommend them for any work on your home!
