Don’t go here. Most uncaring doctor I have ever experienced. I went in with a bulging disc and had to beg for something for pain. Sat in the office in tears and the doc just stared at me with no compassion. When time to leave I could not get up and had to ask the nurse for help who just stood there. I was crying walking down the hall in pain. She laughed and said don’t cry. I knew at that moment I was done with this practice.

Terrible Experience with Dr. Alban.
Dr. Alban was the most uncaring, cold, and worst doctor I’ve ever seen. She had no empathy, was argumentative, and never smiled at me once, even in greeting. I came in with a broken foot, with severe bruising. She wouldn’t even look at the foot, and denied me any sufficient pain management, even though I was coming to her on the advice of my ER doctor/​radiologist. She insisted that the Urgent Care facility I had been to was a «waste of my time & money» although they had provided me with excellent care. This Doctor insinuated that my pain was «all in my mind», despite having a recently fractured foot in a walking cast. She was condescending, and said that pain medication was not part of her practice. She said she had treated many children with broken bones, and that they could manage just fine without any pain management. This was insulting. I returned to the Urgent Care, and they immediately prescribed me adequate pain relief and examined my foot. I’ll never return to Dr. Alban.

My husband had been going to Dr. Zafar and was very happy with the practice. I had injured my finger a few days ago and was afraid it was getting infected, so I called and they worked me in the same day even though I was not a patient. I was so happy that I went! I needed to find a primary care physician and after this visit, I believe I have found the right doctor for me. Dr Zafar and all of the staff was so kind, courteous and even funny. I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Now, time to schedule that physical!
