Personnel need more training. I haven’t been this frustrated in trying to make a purchase. Never again!

When I walked into Bravura, multiple people came up to me to welcome and assist me. I had made a bridal appointment so they paired me up with Sydney Woody to help me find my wedding dress. Sydney told me that it was only her second time doing a bridal appointment. Even so, she was awesome and helped me in and out of multiple dresses and seemed knowledgable about styles and designers. When I started to feel discouraged that I wouldn’t find my dress there, she helped me walk through the dresses with me again and I ended up finding a dress that fit me perfectly and will need no alterations! I brought it home with me that day which relieved so much of the wedding planning stress. Thanks Sydney!

I had come into town from SC and started to assist my cousin in her wedding planning. After reading reviews, I called to make an appointment and spoke with Konstynce. She was sooo nice and upbeat on the phone. So much so, I was looking forward to my cousin’s appointment. Ha! She set my cousin up to meet with Jessi the following day. We arrived and the window displays were great, they had a pretty decent selection of dresses and everyone was pretty friendly. Jessi was awesome. She was very patient, helpful and experienced. Overall, awesome experience– I’d recommend them AND my cousin said YES to the dress and was beyond ecstatic!

The Snellville location of Bravura Fashion offers an exceptional selection of dresses! I was looking for a gown to attend a ball at the St Regis in Buckhead. I began my search at Neiman Marcus and spent several days perusing multiple bridal shops. I finally decided to drop by Bravura after passing it while en route to another store at the Avenues. This was the best decision ever!
The entire staff was warm and welcoming. Special recognition goes to Konstynce. Her customer service skills and sense of fashion are unparalleled! She took the opportunity to listen and discern what I was looking for in the form of a ball gown. The selection of dresses she chose were right on point. They were beautiful and fit perfectly.
I chose a cobalt blue/​floral Jovani gown. It was stunning! I lost track of the compliments received the evening of the ball. Everyone raved about how unique and gorgeous the dress is.
I will always visit my new friends at Bravura first when in need of a gown for a special occasion. Phenomenal experience!

Nice customer service love the selection but I like options so I only liked one dress. Even though I probably won’t get my dress from here the experience was great!

I came to Bravura for two flower girl dresses. The manager Constance helped me & every thing was great. They told us it would take around 2 – 3 months for the dresses to come in. We decided to order the dresses two sizes up just to be safe. The dresses came in 2 weeks after ordering which was great. The dresses fit and we weren’t worried about them growing out of them since we were told they are able to be let out.
2 weeks before my wedding one of my flower girls had grown a little and needed the dress let out. A seamstress (not Bravuras) tried to let it out but there wasn’t enough extra material. So here I am 2 weeks before my wedding and my flower girl can’t zip up her dress. Panicked, I called Bravura. I spoke to an associate named Alex who was very sweet and told me they would «make it right». My sister in law brought the dress and my flower girl into the store so they could figure out a solution. They re measured her and found out the manufacturer of the dress made the dress too small. She should be fitting into the size 5 perfectly. We left the dress there for their seamstress to work on it.
When my sister in law went to pick the dress up she was told she needed to pay $ 45. I got on the phone and spoke to Alex who had been helping me all along. I told her I didn’t understand why we had to pay $ 45 for the corrections on the dress when it was the manufacturer who clearly made the mistake plus, she has told me they would make it right. They should have let me know up front that I would still have to pay to get the dress fixed. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she wasn’t there but would be in the next day.
I called the store the next day but was told Constance had left for the day and wouldn’t be back in until Wednesday. (this is the Monday before my wedding and I still have no flower girl dress.) Why wouldn’t Constance have called me herself if she knew I was having issues the day before? Alex knew I was clearly upset so if she didn’t relay the message to Constance my business must not be a priority to them.
My sister in law went in on that Wednesday to speak to Constance and pick up the dress. Constance wasn’t there. Why isn’t their store manager there during main business hours? And why is my issue being brushed to the side or being avoided? My wedding was in 3 days so we had no choice but to pay the $ 45.
I feel like they tried to avoid me. I understand their seamstress needed to be paid but that is something they could have easily coughed up to make a customer stay happy. Instead they turned my what started out as a great experience there into a horrible one. It was handled very unprofessional.
I never heard from the manager.

Konstynce and her associated were absolutely amazing. She selected an evening gown and suggested we try it and I would have never thought this gown would be so amazing, It looked awesome on my daughter. The store got busy while we were there and she still gave us the attention to help finalize our decision. If you are a mother of a bride a pageant queen or a lady with a special event to attend. Make your special event fantastic… Spend your time wisely and your money on quality evening wear at Snellville Bravura you will love it !!! Mena Wilson

The girls that work here are absolutely amazing. I had already purchased my wedding dress else where but was looking for a reception dress, once I step foot into the store I regretted buying the dress somewhere else. Although I love my wedding dress, the selections that they have are gorgeous! The bridesmaid dresses are numerous to choose from. The girls there make you feel so comfortable and open to try things on without the pressure to purchase. I’ve been to maybe 6 or more bridal salons and hands down this is the best service that I got. I did buy a reception dress from them and would definitely recommend any future bride to shop there to get a full experience. They also have a great lighted runway that you can get a look at your dresses up close n personal. Love the girls that work there, so sweet! Good job to the team on making this a wonderful experience for brides! !

I had an absolutely AMAZING experience at Bravura Fashion. My consultant, Sam, was very pleasant and extremely attentive. She knew the inventory well and pulled an excellent selection of dresses for me. She voiced her opinion but was not opinionated (there is a difference) and best of all, was not pushy at all!!! The manager (who’s name I sadly cannot remember) was PHENOMENAL. She checked on us several times and seemed to genuinely love her job. This was the first bridal salon I went to and none of the others measured up. Unfortunately, I had to buy my dress from another salon because Bravura did not have it in their showroom and would not be able to get it in time for my wedding (if it is in the showroom, they will sell you the floor model at a discounted fee); however, I was genuinely sad that I could not give them my business (they were that awesome). They are also the best priced as the prices they quoted were often $ 100 less than I found at other salons. Bravura is a class act. I would give them my highest recommendation and strongly encourage any bride to schedule an appointment.

As a previous reviewer wrote, the location and set up is very attractive. As you walk up to the store, it is very eye catching and a bit of excitement emerges.
Konstynce was my consultant and I cannot say enough about how pleasant she was to work with. She made it so comfortable and easy, was helpful. Se stood outside the dressing room and assisted me in fastening the dresses, volunteered to bring veils and provided information on an upcoming show that she was due to attend that may have dresses that I liked.
Even though I did not end up purchasing from here (it was my first time trying wedding dresses), they deserve a good review. They made my first dress experience one to remember and I do appreciate that. Her customer service skills were excellent; hence why she is the manager.

I love this place! The young Ladies that work there are really helpful and nice. We finally found what we were looking for. Very nice selection they have.

Re-​reviewed: Earlier I had given them a bad a review, but after coming back and speaking with the manager Konstynce, everything worked out, everyone at the store was nice and helpful and they helped me find a wow factor veil for my wedding dress! I am very pleased!
