Banking is in the service industry. We let you hold our money, you make money by reinvesting it etc. You lend us money and you make money from the interest. Anyway… Service industry. I feel like my bank works against me. I need a bank that is convenient and user friendly.
I work crazy hours, own a business, have a family and rely on the convenience of being able to do mobile banking or at the very least have a full service ATM. BBT has none of those conveniences. Mobile banking has the most ridiculous restrictions to how much you can deposit daily and monthly. Most of the time the app can’t read the check and rejects it. The ATM at the Snellville location rejects a majority of the checks I submit for deposit and is often out of service.
As soon as we sell our house we our pulling our accounts away from BBT.
Matter of fact I have already started an account with Wells Fargo and am so pleased with the mobile deposits as well as the ATMs. You can even choose what type of bills you want when withdrawing money from the ATM.
I’m done with BBT.

Have never had any bad incidences or problems with BB&T and this location has some very friendly and helpful people working it.
