American Deli

The wings are pretty good here. My only problem is that they don’t deliver. Other than that I would definitely order from them again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE… I visited the Snellville location on Saturday, Nov. 22 on my lunchbreak at aound 3:30 p.m. I called in my order while I was at work (2 piece whiting combo) and it was not ready when I got there. I didn’t mind the wait because I had time. When I got my food and got in my car I opened the container to eat some fries and the smell was horrible. on top of that I realized it was not whiting but tilapia. I went back in to let them know and the young lady at the counter was very nice and understanding and had no problem taking the food back. She showed it to the manager Mr. Kimp (she even acknowledged that it was tilapia when I gave it to her) and he got upset. He grabbed the fish with his hands slinging it around saying it was whiting. Then the worst part is he brought the food up to the counter to me and proceeded to argue with me telling me it was whiting and tried to make me take it (after he touched it with his hands). I simply said I will just take a burger instead and he became livid. He tossed the container in the trashed and walked away. I asked the girl at the counter to ring in my burger so that it could be made and told her I was in my lunch break. When the ticket printed the manager grabbed it and threw it in the trash. After about 20 mins of me standing there he comes to me and say «I will not make your food. I made it the first time and you bring it back. I will refund your money but I will not make your food.» As upset as I was I did not react, I simply said I would rather have the food (I WAS STARVING) but he refused!!! Once all the customer left the store he yelled at me telling me I was disturbing his business and he could no longer serve me and that he was going to call the police and he walked away again. Needless to say it took him another 20 mins to refund my money and I left with no food. I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND WILL NEVER RETURN AND I HAVE TOLD MY COWORKER AND EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO EAT AT THAT LOCATION

What is this? They serve wings right? The wings look like they have been cut into smaller pieces. The disappointment was real. I tried the lemon pepper wings. I found pepper, but no lemon juice was found. I was expecting bad, but it couldn’t get worse.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.
