The Home Depot

I came to this Home Depot with a positive attitude as I have never had a bad experience in a Home Depot ever. I went to the pro desk to get a package order for a project I am working on. Daryl hooked me up with what I asked for for the most part but there were a few questionable things on the electrical side of my order. 14 – 2 wire and almost 1000 ft of it when I was specific about 20amp breakers. No big deal I figured I would return it when I got to running electrical.
Fast forward to today. I went to the return desk with my returns and they aren’t able to return it so they sent Me to the next counter. The lady there stated she didn’t know what it was and wanted me to go over the receipt with her. Ok. I’ll help you do your job seeing as she didn’t even look at it. Then she took a phone call as I’m standing there getting the receipt ready for her. As soon as she gets off the phone she says Daryl can do it faster just go see him. Meanwhile she is still doing nothing. I wait at the pro desk for about 10 minutes for Daryl to finish with another customers order. Daryl takes care of me just fine.
The problem is the lazy lady at the customer service desk at 10:10 on Saturday 11÷14÷15.
I’ll add that I’ve picked up large orders of lumber by myself in this store while the workers just walk by and look at me. Only one time have I been asked if I needed help and that was just before they were getting ready to close.

Been going to home depot for a while, but the customer service at this home depot is by far the best customer service I have ever experiened.

Very new home depot. It is huge and even has it’s own gas station. We go to this one when the home depot in the Boro doesn’t have what we need. This one always has what we need. They also have a bigger outdoor gardening area.

Staff is always helpful, the fuel rewards is definitely nice. never had a problem with finding anything, and parts are always in stock.

I only shop at this location even though the one on Old Fort is closer. I love the rewards card and the cents off gas too. Every time I go in there i never have to look for an associate to help me, they are knowledgeable and friendly. Whether I am making a big purchase or a small purchase I always leave there knowing they appreciate my business.
Only thing I don’t like is their people who walk the aisles and try to get you to let someone in to you home to redecorate you home… Annoying! If I want to someone to come to my home I will ask, but thanks. They dont hassle you, once you say no thank you they just tell you to have a nice day but still, if i see them I turn down another aisle quickly lol.
Their prices are usually lower than Lowes, and even though Lowes price matches by 10%, their customer service is not worth the 10% savings, at least not in my experiences with Lowes. So all in all, this is my favorite location.
