I came through twice in one week because my order was messed up the people recognized me and said I was trying to manipulate the system. Although I am a general manager for a company and I probably make more than four of their employees combined they insulted my integrity in addition to that I went to use the restroom before leaving and not eating there and I saw roaches in the bathroom be extremely cautious. The two Hispanic girls who helped me we’re very blatantly disrespectful and on their phone. The Hispanic manager was extremely rude and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say he was outrageous and very very rude.

If I could give a NEGATIVE STAR, I would! This place is RIDICULOUS! I went at 11pm, right after I got off work, and waited over 7 minutes at the drive thru window before anyone ever came to assist me. She quickly took my card, but then walked away for another 5 minutes! People in line behind me were yelling and blowing the horn at me. I only ordered a couple things. This is completely unacceptable. Even though I occasionally stop here on my way home, because it is super close to my house, I will now go elsewhere. Don’t waste your time.

Came for Happy Hour today just to get a beverage a $ 1 fountain drink and the cashier seem to be having some type of issues, after giving my order she asked, «can you get a what???» Gave my order again and drove a round, she handed me my beverage and said «don’t never say you never got anything for free» but she swiped my card and told me to take the survey and tell them how awesome she was, which made me look at my receipt to see what I received for free. Well, she had charged my card $ 7.40 for 2 Chicken Ques (???) So I looped around, and went back thru the drive thru window and asked about the transaction, she would not look my ways, her words were «I may did» and yell to someone else to come and help me saying, I may not understand that she has someone else in her right ear right now. I mean how RUDE can one be (no eye contact, no acknowledgement whatsoever)???
The manager came out and refunded my money back to my card, no apologies (he wasn’t rude, but his words were «here you go»). This was my que to stop visiting fast food establishments, its so exhausting.
I wonder if she still would like me to take a survey to tell them how rude she was. I notice that no survey was on the refund receipt given.

There aren’t many choices for food near Chattahoochee Tech, so when I’m at school I usually eat before I go or I head to McD’s across the street. Recently I decided to wander a little farther down South Cobb Drive to see what I could find.
A couple more places popped up within a few miles, although it seemed like the longer I drove the rougher it got.
I felt a little out of place in the midst of mostly dump truck drivers and construction workers. Somehow I spent almost $ 8 on lunch here. The employee that took my order was so nice that I kept adding stuff on.
