I have not stayed here myself, but when we had a lot of family and friends come to Smyrna when our daughter died suddenly, they worked with our family to get a block of rooms close together and a handicapped room for my mother. they were caring and gracious to all our friends and family. went way above anything we could have hoped for.

I stayed in this hotel in 2014 and the room and pool were great. I ate breakfast in the morning and got really sick. I had to stay another night where I never left my room because I felt so bad. When I sent in a complaint the managers said that it was not their breakfast that got me sick and blamed it on me. I think that this is unprofessional and not good business.

Have you ever stayed in a hotel where the air temperature is so poorly regulated that the room always feels slightly damp? This Sleep Inn was like that. We chose this hotel because it was the only one in the area(or at least the 2 – 3 hotel exits east/west of where we were) that had A room. Yep, a single room. Apparently all kinds of weird, off-brand NCAA sports were having tournaments in Nashville so all of these hotels were full of gymnasts and track stars. Or something. Annoying. What that meant for this hotel was that they could GOUGE us on the price. Their website and billboards advertise $ 69/night but we were charged $ 170 with tax because that’s the going rate when demand is high and supply is virtually nil. This hotel and this room in particular were NOT worth $ 170. Not at all. Less than $ 80? Yes. But what we paid? Absolutely not. The room was OK enough. Clean linens, new sheets and«updated» comforters(attempting to be like the higher class establishments). Tiny TV, really long and bizarre dresser/desk thing, and a small-ish bathroom. There was a fridge, so that was a bonus to keep our few beers cold. Mattresses were kind of hard so I slept well but woke up with a slightly sore back. The«free wifi» is spotty, at best, and barely worked in our hotel room. I’m not sure if others had this experience but it was incredibly frustrating since we just wanted to stop wasting our data. The lobby is TINY, the parking lot is tinier(especially for the amount of people who were staying here), and the«breakfast area» is tinier still. They have a decent selection of basic cereal, drinks, eggs, sausage, etc. but there was no hot water for the tea bags that they had set out. It was really bizarre. I believe the eggs were also formerly a powdered substance before they were reconstituted, but they were still pretty tasty with some salt. So sue me, I like fake food. All in all, this place would only be worth it if the price were lower. This wasn’t an almost-$ 200-a-night hotel and it certainly wasn’t worth what we paid. It was such a mediocre establishment that I can’t give it more than two stars. I’d stay somewhere else in the area in the future if I ever find myself passing through again.

Decent breakfast and room for the price. Good nights sleep. Would stay here again.
