ipad mini screen replacement. Excellent work. So many parts just to replace the screen. Work was done same day and in a timely manner.

I thought my iPad was cracked beyond repair. Not only was the glass shattered, but the frame was damaged. Within 24 hours, my iPad was repaired and worked perfectly. Casey could not have been nicer. He even took the time to show me some cases on-​line that would protect my iPad should my son ever drop it again! Thanks, Casey!

Dropped off my Kindle Fire HD 8.9 for a screen replacement mid July 2014. Went in to pick up on July 30^th, they had ordered the wrong screen size. Left it there, told them we would be on vacation for the next 3 weeks, and will pick up then. We were hoping to have it on our vacation for the kids in the car. Okay. So 3 weeks later, we go to get it, not ready. Okay told to come back in 2 days it will be. Go back not ready. Will call you when ready. No call. Walked in on Saturday. The guys says he is the only one that can do this repair and no one told him it was here to do. He was even having trouble finding it. Made me a little worried. Finally after explaining to him what it looked like and the type of cover we had, he «thinks» he found it. Verified it was ours, he said give him 45 minutes and he will fix it. Took my number he said he would call me when done. (At least they had ordered the right part). Tuesday, still waiting for that call. Called the store, the guy says its ready, asked what the final bill was. «not sure the guy that fixed it is on vacation for the week, but let me see if I can get ahold of him and find out». got my bill, should be a discount, but whatever. Now to go by and pick it up. hope its ready.
I will not be going back there.

Let me just say… I CRIEDDDD when I dropped my iPad (which was out of its AppleCare warranty). It hit a bathroom rug but the corner hit the tile floor and the shattered remnants of my iPad looked unfixable. So I immediately called Apple who quoted $ 299 for an iPad 3 .my thought was really !!! I could just go buy one at that price. Anyways my family told me google local repair places and I googled and Unilocaled different businesses. I liked the location and reviews for QuickiFix so I called them on Friday. Casey quoted me $ 99.00 to fix the screen which was wayyyyyyy better than $ 299. I told him I would be there Saturday morning. (They are located next to CiCi’s pizza/​Movie Theater in Smyrna) I dropped it off, he told me it would probably be 4+ hours because there were other people ahead of me, which was fine. Later that evening Casey called and said he needed a tool from the Brentwood location because I apparently bent the frame and the glass screen wouldn’t lay flat.yep. So he said it would be Monday before it was ready. I thanked him for the call and update. Sidebar– I witnessed him (while I was in the store) telling someone who had a Samsung Edge or something that it would be cheaper to pay the ded than to go anywhere else and try to fix because the amoled glass was so high. it kinda made me feel like. wow that’s honest !! Anyways he fixed the screen and the dent, didn’t charge anything extra besides tax and let me say I hope I never see him again lol cuz that would mean I dropped it again. But he fixes phones, iphone, iPads and I believe sells phones too. I would definitely go back to him and refer him to others!!!

My husband and I realized my I phone 5 wouldn’t take a charge so I panicked and we ran to Verizon to see if they could help. I needed the info. on my phone but couldn’t get it because the battery was so low and it wasn’t backing up onto my I Cloud. After setting up a trade out phone to come in 3 days later and looking at the newer I phone to purchase (more $) my problem still wasn’t solved. I needed the info off my phone. It was that simple. So we ran over to Quick Fix and literally the guy had it fixed within minutes. I was so happy! All the info. on my phone was saved onto my computer. This place is really helpful for the technically challenged like myself.

Guaranteed work, met time commitment. Nice and professional. Phone looks brand new again. Definitely would use again and would recommend.

I had two ipad2’s with cracked screens and knew it would cost a fortune and take forever but they gave me an estimate and had them done in no time. When I went back, I had received a discount for multiple devices. Fast, friendly and cost effective! Can’t beat that!

I was recommend to Quick fix by another local Technician in the Smyrna area, I dropped my ipad2 and needed new glass, after contacting the Apple Store who wanted $ 250 to replace the whole unit and give me a refurbished unit I decided to give Quick Fix a call.
Turned up and was greeted by Casey, who told me it would be $ 119 I also mentioned that I had a Volume problem but it was No big deal since it still wokred OK, I just wanted new glass, not only did he replace the glass he fixed the volume control at no charge, it doesnt get any better than that.
He also fix phones and I would guess other simular devices.
