I have had nothing but great service. The key is that the employees minimally recognize me or know me when I walk in. At least that is the way I felt. Today I walk in and the teller knew immediately why I was returning from a few weeks back. Last year I had to facilitate a wire transfer around the Christmas holidays and the local pnc person was on the phone working it through with me and the pnc person where I was at(which was out of state).
