Paramount Plastic Surgery

Dr. Keith Jeffords is absolutely phenomenal! I saw him four different times in 2013 for an issue one may not immediately associate with a plastic-surgeon’s office: a brass-​player performance injury. As a freelance musician, I had an overuse injury with the muscles in my face, and it put my career on hold.
Dr. Jeffords is a former trumpeter (and an active performer with the ASO chorus), so he has an incredibly unique perspective of the facial anatomy as it is related to brass playing. On my first visit, he listened carefully as I described my long list of concerns, took photographs of my face both with and without my instrument, and felt the muscles of my cheek and lip to inspect for any muscle tears. Following this, we retreated to his office where he clearly described to me the anatomy of the face with visual aides, diagnosed the issue, offered a clear treatment regimen, and offered a positive prognosis. Since this is my livelihood, the ordeal leading up to this had been incredibly traumatic. His personality and clear description of the problem were refreshing and empowering.
My return visits to the office were more like visiting an old friend rather than going to see the doctor. We always began with updates about my injury. He offered multiple ideas about ways to control inflammation during these visits based on my updated descriptions of the injury. Following that, we often spent a while talking about music and brass playing in general. He took the time to get to know me, and I really appreciated that.
The office itself is in a converted house, so it is quite homey. The receptionist was always really kind and instantly remembered who I was when I came in with my instrument.
My reason for visiting was slightly less common, but I highly recommend Dr. Jeffords!

Best surgeon ever! Staff is great! I did research on my procedure for years and paid doctors for consultations over and over. They never gave me that feeling… hopefully you know what I mean. I didn’t feel that they were the right doctor for me. One day I came across a magazine that rated Dr Keith Jeffords «America’s Top 50 Doctors» and rated him «Number 1 in Cosmetic Surgery» later I came across a newspaper that mentioned him a life saving Samaritan and is being recognized by the Georgia House of Representatives. I was excited to schedule a consultation with him. After my consolation I was sold! He was great with words and had successfully completed many, many, many of the same procedures I was looking for. It is 8 weeks out after my surgery and I couldnt feel and look any better! My scars are almost gone and I feel like a more confident person. Thank you Dr Keith Jeffords.
