Donuts were fresh as was the coffee. Parking lot was littered with thrash, a lot of trash.

Terrible! I ordered a medium Chai Latte which is supposed to be 14 oz and mine literally had only 5 oz of actual latte the rest was foam. Had this happen 3x now. Waste of money and time!!!

Ordered 4 coffees. All were extremely subpar. Coffee was clearly not fresh like the Dunkin brand guarantees. Incredibly disappointed.

Hands down the most awful service we’ve ever received at any dunkin donuts, and it’s been several times within the past month of bad service, to the point where we dread going there and now will not return. Their rule«you can order a half dozen donuts through the drive thru because we dont have time to pick out what donuts you want BUT if you come inside we can do it» is absolutely ridiculous and makes no sense. THREE times now i’ve been thru the drive thru past noon when i’ve been the ONLY car not only in the drive through but in the lot as well and the girl has told me, quite ignorantly, that they cant let me pick my donuts via drive thru but if i come i i can? That sounds stupid just typing it but its the truth. What if I have a car full of 3 year olds, am i supposed to pull out of the drive thru and park, and either leave them unattended out in the car or unload all of them in 20 degree weather for 6 friggin donuts? I’m apalled at dunkin donuts lack of customer service AND common sense. Their«rule» is pure laziness. Also, they are always out of many items i.e. coffee rolls, chocolate milk, sprinkled donuts, etc. And they are never apologetic there, the girls that work there are basically like«whatever pick something else». Worst dunkin donuts ever, hands down.
