After my first visit I am very impressed! The place is clean and welcoming but what really got me is the staff. They were incredibly nice and helpful. From the moment I got there they were well aware of my needs. They made sure that I was comfortable and offered me water. They worked together on my hair whenever they could so that I didn’t have to sit there all day and they asked my opinion about everything I wanted done to my hair instead of just doing what they want like some other places do. They did a great job on my hair and eyebrows. This is definitely my new salon.

Had my brows threaded. Good, speedy service. Digital check-​in. I didn’t have to wait at all! I will def. be back. The price is also very reasonable for threading, plus my brows look great.

After doing the rounds of multiple salons in the area finally I found my go-​to place for my hair. Adishah is friendly, professional and she gets the job done. It was my first time at her salon and yet she was able to understand what haircut suits me and I actually went out of her place feeling good about it. As long as I am in Smyrna I’m definitely gonna take appointment with her for my hair styling.

The whole team at Cool Cutz does a great job. I’ve already had my hair cut there a few times by several of their stylists. When I remember ahead of time, I can make an appointment, and when I show up without one they do a great job of working me in, with a very useful system in the store.
The haircut is always fast, and always exactly what I want.

Adisha She doesn’t value peoples time. She gave me appointment, I was there waited for 15 minutes, but just before she can start mine her friend arrived she ask me to wait more 15 minutes until she finishes him. I Left the store without doing my hair cut. She should learn to value peoples time.
@Adisha AGREED I WAS LATE. But many times it happened that I arrived on time, but you kept me waiting for more than 20 minutes until you finish your current customer. Its not like every time I enter your shop I expect you to be ready to cut my hair, there is always some wait time that I totally understand. So if you keep customer waiting thats ok and if customer arrives late you treat this way?

I have moved in and out of the state over the past 10 years, Adisha is such a great stylist I even made it a point to schedule my return trips to Atlanta about the time I was in need of a haircut! Never a worry, always a true professional, and truly takes pride in her work and now her new Salon! No rush, quality cut with all the bells and whistles, and for the level of service, she could charge more but does not. Her new place is top notch and exudes the beauty and sophistication that Adisha does. Thank you for the years of service, see you in 4 weeks!

Adishah the owner of Cool Cutz started cutting my hair back when she worked for one of the chain hair cut places. What I like about her cutting technique is that it’s always precise and on point. She listens to me and does exactly how I describe or if I decide to bring in a picture she gives me exactly what I want. She is able to handle all types of hair without skipping a beat. I have seen very few people who are as confident and comfortable as she is with a pair of scissors while handling so many different types of hair.
I’m not a fan of salons especially here in Atlanta, so having someone cut my hair and give me what I want without spending hours in a salon and paying tons of money is priceless in my book.
Not to mention that the cut is only $ 15!
I can get an appointment for the same day or even walk right in and I’m out in no time at all.
