Do not waste your time here, the customer service is at it’s worst. If you value your items take them elsewhere. I dropped off my items on Tuesday and was told that they will be ready on Thursday of that same week. I went back the following week on a Tuesday and the lady at the counter could not find my shoes. Being a shoeaholic this freaked me out, how is it possible you trust your babies to someone else and they misplaced them. She continue to search for them and then I was told they sent my shoes out. How ridiculous does this sound don’t you fix shoes at your shop… and why do I have to wait for another week for them to be fix when I already gave them a week to do my alternations and fix the heel cap. Heel cap is something that should not take two weeks to repair… Then why no one called me to tell me this? Instead of her telling me don’t worry we would fix this in a responsible time frame and price. She asked if I wanted my shoes… YES please give me my shoes back so I can take them elsewhere at a reasonable price and on the next day.
