I wouldn’t give this place even one star for customer service! The girl that was working the evening shift was terribly rude! We went in about an hour before closing… She had mopped the floors. Instead of making her scoop ice cream we bought 2 pints. I said we will make it easy for you… She responded with «not really!». She was rude and never a thank you! When we were leaving she said «now I have to mop my floors again!» I will NEVER go there again. I have never seen someone so miserable!

You would be much better off buying ice cream from Walmart or Kroger. My rocky road tasted freezer burned and they were out of waffle cones. Service was just ok. This was my first time going and I won’t be back.

Baskin Robbins is always full of great ice cream and helpful staff. Staff aren’t always business-​centered, but actually smile and are happy to ask you if you’re in need of aid or need to try a sample.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Questions were answered with an impatient «yeah» instead of patient yes ma’am, even though we were the only ones in the store. We were not thanked for our order and soon as she finished ringing us up she disappeared in the back.
