Please visit Google, if you are interested in reading my initial review: Update(July 11, 2015): I am no longer an active client with BE Orthodontics, today was my official last day, according to the release letter(pink slip) Drs. Carter and Bruster Fed-ex me on June 11, 2015. These are my final thoughts, after I shared my previous experience(a month ago)– Dr. Carter and I spoke over the phone. During that conversation, she assured me that we can work on the mishaps; in particular, the lack of communication about my treatment plan during my visits – I was relieved and felt optimistic about my future care. That was short lived, a few days later I was released from their practice – my molds, x-rays and a letter explaining why I was no longer welcomed was fed-ex to my residence. If I wanted to be malicious-I would post the letter, but I do not care enough to do so. They sincerely apologized in the letter, which is not needed when it’s not sincere. Also, I quote, «we do not feel any patient should be subjected to a practice… 100% satisfied with service from the front to the back” – please refrain from implying that I had an issue with every aspect of your practice. I actually stated in my first review that the staff was very nice. However, you must know that when you start a practice to take into to mind that every client will not perceive your practice/service as 4 or 5 stars — everybody has something they can develop. I never want you to compromise your, «light, fresh, fun atmosphere» as you stated – to each its’ own, everybody has their own definition of, «light, fresh and fun». Moving on, I am ecstatic, you released me from your practice(of course, for your convenience to save face). I have secured a new Orthodontist and they took off those useless tongue tamers that(I expressed to your cohort) was not helping my tongue thrust. I will have a tongue crib placed in the near future. I am basically starting over from scratch, but I do not mind. This experience was a lesson learned, make sure to do your research on any practice/company(don’t just go by reviews), asks as many questions as you can, ask for an office tour during your consultation, etc. Remember, this is your opportunity to get a brief insight into what a practice has to offer you. Patients/customers will not agree with everything a practice engages in – that’s ok – that’s what makes us humans. Paying it forward, Tiffani Booth
