purchased 168 square feet of stone veneer for 2 small inside bedroom walls. Was told they would immediately email me a receipt of transaction. After several days and no email, I called and was told that they are experiencing technical difficulties with their email system and that they would mail a receipt to my house. I asked how much my total was but was told the price could not be seen from her location. A week later and still no receipt, I call back and speak with John. I explain that I still have no idea what my total is as I have requested a receipt 3 times to no avail. He also tells me that he has no way of seeing what I was charged but that my shipment is on its way and that he will have shipping department call me with the total later that afternoon. I never received the call. The next day I receive a call from the trucking company to schedule a delivery of over 1500 pounds of stone!!! 1500 pounds for 2 small INSIDE walls. This does not sound like the stone VENEER that I was told would be light and easy to handle. So I call the company to tell them they must be sending the wrong items and AGAIN, no one is answering the phones and its not even 4pm.

I don’t think this John person can talk on the phone and write at the same time. They don’t have online ordering or email, all orders are phoned in. 3 times he recorded the order incorrectly, and they are refusing to make it right. We had to dispute the transactions through our credit card company. Now we have all this extra stone we didn’t order. No invoices either, and apparently they can’t email it, they have to mail it. Must have sent it horse and buggy from Pennsylvania… The cost was low, but it’s not worth the hassle dealing with delinquents like this.
