Very nice Italian looking store only problem is it makes Whole Foods look like a good buy. Produce is ridiculously overpriced and you have to hunt for a halfway decent deal. This place is strictly for convenience and those who do not mind wasting money. Five dollars for a pound of honey crisp apples are you serious? It’s also too similar to Uncle Gs around the corner so I don’t think it’s needed in the area since they’re certainly not driving down prices.

I’ve been here a few times but tonight I got some of the prepared food. Are your $ 3.99/ea chicken breasts real? The texture inside is like that of McDonalds chicken nuggets. Sadly I bought two, so that is $ 8 down the drain to otherwise«gourmet» chicken breasts. Very disappointing.

I really like this store. Yes, it can be pricey but I shop the sales. There are enough different protein choices on sale each week that it works out well. Also, the $ 20 Thursday Little Big Meals are great. You get a complete, easy meal to cook and get to try about $ 35 worth of products. We love the gourmet burgers and the king crab legs. The staff is very nice and friendly. They are also great about providing samples of anything you would like to try.

Yes, this is a small gourmet store with many items priced high. Like many other markets nearby … you need to shop the sales. Their sales are great. Check out their Thursday deals. What you don’t get is that obnoxious, «abbodanza», polka music, over hyped crowded scene from the other shopping center. I’ve been here several times midday and have been greeted nicely by staff, enjoyed the relaxing music, and found just what I was looking for(usually heirloom tomatoes or fresh mozz). Another reviewer noted poor lighting but I don’t find that to be. Maybe they changed since opening. My one bugaboo is the far left corner upon entering… It doesn’t seem to flow with the rest of the store. I heard someone mention smoothies but have no idea how to get one. In addition, I don’t know if I can get a coffee there(like I can at other nearby markets). I’d suggest giving this store a try.

I’m specifically reviewing the fresh sushi selection, which is soooo good! For sushi it’s cheap and always made that day, so always very good. They never fail to have vegetarian options which is what I look for, so I will often stop in for lunch and get a package of vegetable rolls or spring rolls. I’ve never been disappointed! The coffee is also very good, and only $ 1!

I have no complaints! There’s lots of samples so you can know what you buy before you buy it! I’m satisfied from all my tastings to get home relax a bit then start cooking! Organic pumpkin pie, white wine turkey later this week Hawaiian pineapple chicken and organic rice! Yummmm The deli has great dinner deals with fresh food and the chicken dinners are seasoned well. They have meat and seafood on ice /-/no packages !!! What I like the most is the smoothie bar after cleansing! We are what we eat so spending extra money on my food saves pain, money and time dealing with the ailments that come if we don’t!!! It is pricey but in comparison to many other markets that have lots of non gmo, organic, etc food you can’t find in stop n shop or king kullen.

What a sincere disappointment, although not surprised after visiting the Woodbury location. First off I have to say the employees are courteous and helpful which is always nice to see. That’s where my compliments end. The selection of everything is poor. The fruits and vegetables are marginally decent at best. Nothing impressive. The deli is laughable with what they offer and the fish section is the size of a coffee table. The meat section is better but again nothing impressive. And to everyone thinking about coming here take note. THEPRICESARERIDICULOUS. Unless u find something on an infrequent sale it is stunning what they charge for items. And I have been here about 6⁄7 times hoping to see changes but to no avail. And it is absolutely empty. If the powers that be don’t make changes quick they will close this store within 6 months. Good luck Fresh Market.

Am I the only one who’s a big fan of checking out new supermarkets? Wanting to see what the buzz was about, on an early-morning visit, we shopped for produce, baked goods and fish. What we got were some unpleasant surprises. The store was poorly lit, and for such a new supermarket, the rest rooms were far from pristine. Several employees wore so much cologne you could easily ‘sense’ them from several feet away, maybe not the best thing when there’s food that could pick up the smell. A small container marked Basmati rice actually turned out to be short-grained sushi rice. Finally… who puts garlic and cinnamon flavors in the same bag of soggy croutons? Yikes. The fish scale did not register the sale price for some fish we wanted, so there was a prolonged wait. And apart from the sale on the fish, everything seemed priced on the high side. We did get a surprise discount, and I can say that the employees were pleasant and helpful, but poorly trained. This is unusual in a newly-opened ‘corporate’ store. The long-awaited salmon was a hit with luncheon guests, but with so many other nearby shopping choices, I don’t think we’ll return.

I really wanted to love this store and was excited when I first walked in… but I quickly fell out of love as I walked around… FRESH market??? Their candy section is triple the size of their deli which featured 1 each of approx 10 different cold cuts. Weird. Back to Fairway I go!
