Excellent service at Smithtown — we got the car we requested and were accommodated with ease. This is definitely my family’s branch of choice since we rent quite often for business even though we live in Setauket — we really appreciate the customer service and courtesy consistently given at Smithtown.

Adding on to my previous review… I was told I would be contacted by an area manager 4÷2÷2015 to get my money back (day I wrote review). Never happened. I was then told by someone responding to my complaint that I would receive a call back by 4÷10÷2015… over a week later. Guess what? It;s 4÷11÷2015 and shocker! No call back. Horrible company.

Right when I walked into this place and certain things had happened made me think of Unilocal and how I should review this place.
First this lady picked me up at a collision shop so I can get my rental. She even opened the car door foor me. The car ride to enterprise was not awkward and silent at all… but I was thinking eek I hope she won’t get sick from me. I tried to play it cool and pretend I didn’t look sick… or hope I didn’t look or sound the part.
Upon arrival once I got inside a nice gentleman got out of his sit with a nice smile to introduce himself to me with a nice firm handshake. Every employee who appeared after that out of no where all said hi, introduce themselves and shook my hand. I thought, wow… what great customer service rep they have at this location. I am amaze and never would have thought I would review a place like this. I usually review food joints… anything food related lol. But I thought they deserve a good o rating

Great customer service. The pick and drop off is a great feature that they provide. Cars are usually in good shape but could be a little cleaner. Otherwise I highly recommend.
