Ivy Hill Farm makes the best salsa you will ever have in your life. I bought a jar of their sweet vidalia onion mango salsa, and it was so delicious. The flavor profile was both spicy and sweet without being overbearing in either direction. I wish I could buy it online, but I love driving over there to visit the grounds. The farm is beautiful and their indoor market is fully stocked with any veggies, fruits or trimmings you might be craving. When I’m there on a Saturday in good fall weather, they sometimes have a small bluegrass playing while people sit in rocking chairs and watch the cider brew. Come say hi to the pigs and grab a basket of some incredible food at Ivy Hill Farm.

My boyfriend and I stopped by here one autumn evening a few minutes after 6PM. They were already technically closed(we didn’t realize it!), but the woman working there was incredibly helpful. She offered us a samples of their awesome apple cider slushies. We bought a gallon of apple cider and some other yummy treats, including salsa, BBQ sauce, and jars of peppers. We’ll definitely be back. The prices are incredibly reasonable and everything was delicious.

Stopped by here on way back from VA to NJ, really friendly staff and totally reasonable prices. samples galore of dips and both frozen and hot apple cider(both yummy!) possibly because it was customer appreciation day but they probably still would give samples at least of their apples if you asked. Bought a few big jars of fresh fruit preserves and a bag of Fuji apples after tasting how sweet they were, all under $ 20. Cute haystack animals to take pics with in the front. Worth a side trip.
