It is so bad for you that it is good. I love the vinegary Eastern North Carolina Barbecue sauce doused over the pulled pork sandwiches. I live on the West Coast now, but there are times when I have a HUGE wave of homesickness hit me and I crave the hush puppies, slaw, pint of barbecue and SWEET ICED TEA. Thinking about it now makes me teary-​eyed.
