Mother Nature’s Florists Ltd

I recently moved to RI and stumbled upon this place in my travels. Flat out best florist around. I have made about a dozen purchases from here and every time they have been perfect. Perfect isn’t even good enough to describe how some of these arrangements have been, its like something from a tv show. Simply amazing. Mary-​Beth is so helpful and easy to work with. She knows exactly what you are looking for without having to tell her. Her dedication to having fresh flowers and great customer service definitely deserves 10 stars. Delivery is available and I have also taken advantage of this as well. My destination wedding I am having next week, she is driving to the shipping company out of town and handling all of the shipping arrangements too! Again, perfect. Called this florist on a Saturday to see if they were open. My grandfather had just passed away on Friday and I needed to order flowers for the funeral set for Tuesday. Mary Elizabeth Ouellette was fabulous! She told me they were just about to close, so not to rush in, but she would happily take my order over the phone.
I ordered 7 long stem white roses, and one red. I told her they were to be placed on the casket and the white represented the grandchildren and daughter, and the red was for my grandmother. Mary Elizabeth said this was not a problem and told me they would be gorgeous. I informed her that I would need to pick them up Tuesday right at 9 a.m. otherwise I would be late to the funeral. She assured me this was not problem.
On Monday — I called to see if I could add one rose for my cousin — this was not a problem, and Mary Elizabeth gave her condolences for my loss and again confirmed tomorrow at 9 a.m.
On Tuesday I arrived at Mother Nature’s Florist at 8:40 a.m. and figured I would just wait until 9 when they opened. Much to my surprised pleasure, the shop had the OPEN sign on the door! I went in, and Mary Elizabeth was very pleasant. She said she was hoping I’d come early, and she wanted to make sure I wasn’t late… anything to make a difficult day a little easier! WOW
Mary Elizabeth then showed me the rose for my grandmother — she added a beautiful ribbon with the word «husband» to the rose and told me she did something special for my grandmother at no extra cost. How wonderfully touching and sweet.
The flowers were gorgeous, and reasonably priced. The service was 5 star — my order was small compared to weddings and such, but the treatment was the very best. Thank you, Mary Elizabeth!

I used this florist for my wedding, after much cajoling by family members who did not like my plan to do my own flowers. Although the bouquets were lovely, I felt a lot of pressure and succumbed to making them much «fancier» than intended while meeting with the florist. My centerpieces, however, were amazing and exactly what I wanted.

Placed an order online today for a birthday. The flowers were never delivered and they sent me an email saying sorry no delivery was made. We cancelled your order. How about a phone call telling me your not gonna do any deliveries? This place is unprofessional! Do not use this business unless you want your order to be cancelled for unknown reasons.
Edit: I’ve since spoken with Mary Beth (owner) in regards to the above review. She stated to me an issue with FTD. She has gone out of her way to make things right. I can’t thank her enough for the way she handled the situation! She has since made things right!
