I had the same experience with this outfit. They provided me with an emailed estimate [not clear to me if they ever came out to see the property]. When I tried to recontact them to arrange to have the work performed, they completely ignored each and every attempt. I reached out to them at least six times via the personal email address they used to send the estimate, the «contact us» page on their website and voicemails left with them when calling their office phone. Not a single reply or acknowledgment that they had received the messages or were interested in doing the work. Beware.
